Most orders are processed within 2 business days from original receipt
of order, and approval of credit card. Solar Aerator orders are
built-to-order and require 2 weeks for assembly and shipment. We do not
offer options for shipping, we ship best way by 2 day priority mail or
UPS ground when required by weight restrictions, and shipping charges
will be indicated on your order form.

Installation of Solar Aerators
Most of our products are shipped ready for installation and generally if you can open the box you can install the aerator. Some site preparation and assembly is required on our larger aerators.
Professional
installation and support is available.
Fee: $500/day plus travel expenses. Additional fees for site preparation of a flat well drained hard surface vary.
Return and Exchange
Shipment of product is as advertised by product. Upon receipt of
merchandise inspect product carefully, should you find that the product
does not meet your expectations, or satisfaction, contact us at once and
tell us your concerns, so we may make every effort to satisfy your
purchase. In the unlikely event that we cannot amicably resolve your
issues we offer a return/exchange policy. You can exchange any product
up to thirty days from original purchase date after receiving a RMA#, or
return any item for credit up to 10 days from original purchase date,
less shipping charges and restocking fees (minimum $50).
To return items follow the instructions

E-Mail us at help@penningtonequipment.com for a return authorization
number, and in it describe briefly the reasons for your requested
return. You must receive a (RMA#) before you return any goods to us, the
RMA# must appear on your return packing label and on the outside of the
box, Merchandise without a (RMA#) will be refused, and no credit will
be issued. RMA's are valid for (10) days from date of issuance and
require a shipping tracking number for validation within that time.
Email your shipping/tracking number to info@penningtonequipment.com All
returned/exchanged merchandise must be in original factory condition and
must include, paid merchandise receipt, all accessories, packing
material, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out), and the
box in which it was shipped in. Shipments of returns must be prepaid,
and we will not accept COD returns. Return shipping must be insured and
is paid by the buyer, no exceptions.
Restocking Fee: $50 or 30% of sale price, whichever is greater.
Warranties
PEC supports the products it sells, through the manufacturers supplied
warranties. All new products carry a one-year warranty direct from the
manufacturer, and all refurbished products carry a ninety-day warranty
from the manufacturer. Should you experience any problems contact the
manufacturers customer service at once.

"as is". PEC makes no warranty as to the performance of any merchandise
sold. We are not responsible for system down time, lost data, etc. the
disclaimer by PEC in no way affects the terms of a manufacturer's
warranty. We are not responsible for typographical, photographical,
production or pricing errors.
