EKBS-10 Solar Aerators

The EKBS-10 unit combines its 20 watt PV solar panel,  12volt battery box, and aerator pump house as a single integral unit.  It is manufactured of heavy galvanized steel that is finished with an epoxy phenolic coating. 

The unit is designed to be side-of-pole mounted near pole top and is intended for a concrete anchored 1-inch (26 mm) Schedule 40 steel poles.  It also easily adapts to mounting using 2 back-to-back standard heavy garden fence posts or any post suitable to handle 125 lb loads. 

Site preparation requires a well-drained area, non-flooding, with a clear southern sky exposure.  As long as the area does not flood there is no minimum height for the pole.





EKBS-15 &  EKBS-20 Solar Aerators

Both units are heavy UV protected plastic and epoxy phenolic coated metal materials suitable for outdoor use and designed to be ground mounted.  Intended placement is a 4x8 ft., flat, well-drained, non-flooding platform.  Suitable platforms of wood, loose gravel/sand , or loose stone with a minimum of 2 secure leg anchors each suitable for 80 lb. loads.

Use a heavy plastic underlayer to keep ground clear of growth.

Site preparation requires a well-drained area, non-flooding, with a clear southern sky exposure.

WHAT ABOUT OTHER MOUNTING OPTIONS?

The EKBS-15  floating platform  is available and and all our units can be mounted to any floating or fixed, flat, non-flooding, clear southern sky exposure.  Typically our customers mount to floating and fixed docks, islands, tanks, platforms, buildings, and extreme  pole mounts.  The most expensive by far ($2000-$6000) is extreme top-of-pole and side-of-pole mounts suitable for 125 mph wind loads and minimum ground footprints for mowing.  Capital cost and maintenance on extreme pole mounts is extremely cost prohibitive.
